RLT represents a carefully curated roster of performers, and we’re always looking to discover new talent. If you believe you’re the right fit for the agency, please read the criteria below before submitting your application.
Adult Talent
We represent a select group of adult performers with strong professional potential. To be considered, you should have completed full-time training at a recognised drama school or hold a minimum of two professional performing credits. Applications must include a current headshot and your Spotlight PIN or your CV. (Adult talent form is the second form down on mobile)
Young Talent (Under 18)
Representing young performers is a core part of what we do. Our team has extensive experience working with children and teens in the industry, and we’re proud of the care, structure, and insight we bring to every stage of their journey—from first auditions to major bookings. All applications must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. Please complete the application form and upload a recent headshot. If we believe your child may be a strong fit for the agency, we will get in touch to invite them to audition. Please note: auditions are by invitation only, and due to the volume of applications, we cannot respond to every submission individually.
